“Guitar picks can not only change the sound you’re able to capture while playing, but they can also change how you feel about playing. Ever since discovering Anatomy of Sound picks I have found that I can not only play faster with ease, but I’m more pleased with the overall tone the picks help me achieve. The 3D design is truly one of a kind, allowing your fingers to grip the same place every time for optimal comfort. Over the years I struggled to find picks I was truly comfortable using as my playing styles changed. I’ve finally found what I was looking for with AOS – particularly the Bronze Bikini picks!”

Kristen Embers

Originally from Ohio, Kristen Embers began playing guitar in March 2003 after her parents bought her first guitar from Ebay. It was a very well maintained Washburn F10S that she still owns and cherishes to this day. Much to her parents’ surprise she instantly knew it was something she was meant to do and has been playing ever since.

As a young teen she religiously listened to “Nights with Alice Cooper” on the radio, trying to learn the songs by ear on the guitar while tuning in. This radio show, built the foundation of most of her knowledge regarding classic rock history, songs and band members. She credits an enormous amount of what she knows about the guitar to her father and the guitar teacher she briefly had as a child (John).

Kristen’s strongest music influences include the stylings of Stevie Ray Vaughan, David Gilmour, Tinsley Ellis, Judas Priest and Queensryche. With a background in finance she aspires to someday be able to turn her passion of music and guitar into a full time career. She is most known to play her Fender Stratocaster which is named “Texas Toast” in honor of the Texas Special Pickups it possesses.

“In four years of being a guitar player, I usually jumped from one guitar pick to another, searching for the right pick that I am comfortable with. When I tried the Jazz Heart Beat pick made by Anatomy of Sound… The durability, playability, comfort, and thickness of the pick has lifted my guitar playing to a higher level. It has enhanced my speed, accuracy, and ability to get my signature tone.

Anatomy of Sound guitar picks has quality you can’t find in other picks in the market. Every corner of the pick gives a different tone. It gives more flavor to every AoS.”

Zach Jeymz

Zachary Jeymz C. Abalos, a.k.a “Zach Jeymz,” is a 19-year-old guitar phenom from Manila, Philippines.
Zach was born and raised in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. His father, Jerome Abalos was the front man of several rock bands and is a celebrity in the local entertainment scene.

Zach was literally introduced to music the moment he was conceived. His dad played rock music, from Black Sabbath to Pantera aloud, almost all the time, exposing Zacks’s unborn ears to different genre of rock music.

When Zach was about 5 years old, his parents saw him holding a badminton racket as a guitar, and fiddled with it. That was when his parents knew Zack would someday become a guitar player.

As a son of a rock musician, he started seriously playing guitar around age 15. At 16, he and his three other brothers, Sean, lead singer and keyboard player, Shane, drummer, and Andy, bass player, played their first gig at a local battle of the bands. The following year, Zach, Shane, and Sean joined their dad and formed a band named SOLABROS.com.

Now 19, Zach has played with their family’s band in countless gigs all over the country. SOLABROS.com played in front 55,000 people at the world’s biggest indoor arena, The Philippine Arena.

Zach is poised to be one of music’s next great guitar players, a virtuosic talent capable of playing rock, heavy metal, and more. Zach knew he wanted to pursue a career in music from an early age. As a freshman in college, Zach took a course in information technology and plans to finish his college education.

“I always knew I am going to be a musician. But I think, finishing my college education is another purpose in life that I need to fulfill.” Zach said.

Zack’s dad introduced him to the music of guitar greats like Jimmy Page, John Petrucci, Steve Vai, Joe Satrianni, and Dimebag Darrel.

“Growing up with a family of musicians, at our free time, I’d sit and play my guitar for hours practicing, sharpening my skills,” Zach said.

Zach’s effort paid off when he, together with SOLABROS.com signed up with DNA Records, a subsidiary of Star Records of ABS-CBN Corporation. Currently, Zach with SOLABROS.com are under contract with Viva Records, Philippines. With the group’s debut album, due in 2021, Zach has also established himself as the band’s lead guitar player.
